This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website, enterop.in. It covers the website only. Enterop’s product has its own agreements, which we sign with each customer.
Who we are
Enterop isn’t incorporated yet. Until it is, this website is run by its founders, Pushkar Rimmalapudi and Akshith Bathena (“Enterop”, “we”), who decide how the details you send are used. For anything about your data, write to hello@enterop.in. When the company is registered, we’ll name it here.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: what you’d like to do (request a demo or explore a design partnership), your name, your email, your company and, if you write one, your message.
- When you visit: our hosting provider processes technical data that every website request carries, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, to serve the page and protect it from abuse. We don’t use this data to identify you.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t set cookies of our own.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and to arrange the conversation you asked for. Sending the form does not sign you up for marketing, and we don’t add you to any list. We don’t sell or rent your details.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from abuse.
- Resend delivers your form message to our inbox. It keeps the message for 30 days, in the United States.
- Cloudflare Email Routing forwards email sent to our enterop.in addresses, including hello@enterop.in, to both founders’ inboxes, which Google (Gmail) holds.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
These providers may process your data outside your country, including in the United States. They act on our instructions and only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Resend deletes the message after 30 days. We keep the email in our inbox for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent, or to stop contacting you. Write to hello@enterop.in and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
If you are in India, you can raise a grievance about how we handle your data with the founders at hello@enterop.in.
Keeping it safe
The website runs over HTTPS. The form sends your message to our inbox and nowhere else; we don’t store it in a database. Only the founders read the inbox.
Children
This website is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and its date.
